Position: HR Executive

Experience : 3 months – 6 months (Trained Freshers)

Salary Offered : 15k – 16k in hand

Note: The Job Location will be decided by the company at the time of the Interview, it could be Hitec City or Abids.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recruits, interviews, hires, onboards, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Oversees Employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
